Additionally, we have Service Centres for fusion splicer/cleaver repairs and maintenance based in Elstree, Milan, and Dubai, where our experienced team of highly skilled factory-trained technicians offer repair services on Sumitomo fusion splicers and cleavers, as well as support on user training and development programmes. This enables us to provide you with efficient diagnostic and tailored-repair services, thus helping to reduce your on-site downtime, whilst ensuring your equipment is always in optimal working condition.

Our authorised service providers are trained and certified by us to ensure high-quality performance. They use only genuine Sumitomo parts for service and repair and have access to the latest tools and software required to maintain your splicer. They DO NOT service or repair parallel imports or goods with untraceable history.
